Catwalk, not Fatwalk

Lately there has been what seems like an explosion of people who claim that fat women can be just as sexy as thin ones, "fat positive" I think they're called. What these people want is to redefine society's image of what is considered beautiful to include people of all body types and in doing so, remove the discrimination associated with body fat. (For more on this, read my "Are We All Really Equal?" post)

What a load of bullshit.

Fat women do not belong on the runway. Fashion should be reserved for people who are in shape. That's not to say everyone should shrink down to a size zero, but you cannot expect to gain the recognition of external beauty unless you are willing to treat your body the way it deserves to be treated. Obesity is not healthy. We should not be promoting it. I'm sorry all you people who like to believe that we are equally beautiful, but this is not the case. No one wants to have sex with a blob.

Not everyone is in shape in the same way that not everybody is intelligent. Life is not fair that way. Sometimes you draw the shorter straw (we are subject to evolution after all), but the good part is that we can change. We can exercise, eat healthy, maintain an appearance that is appealing both to ourselves and to the world.

All those pictures circulating around of skinny women standing next to fat women with some lame caption about how both are equally beautiful? Probably made by a fat cunt who deluded herself into believing she is sexy. I'm not saying you should hate yourself. On the contrary - I am saying you should love yourself. Your body should not have to endure all the sugar and processed crap that goes into it.

There is a reason why skinnier people tend to have fewer health issues and vice versa. Science itself shows that being obese is not conducive to a healthy lifestyle. You have one life, one body. Don't ruin it with unhealthy snacking; and worse, don't try to convince yourself and others that you are sexually appealing, because to the general populace, you're really not.
